The movie tells the story of Romeo Maruso, a celebrated and elusive burglar operating in Central Luzon. He leaves a bizarre, tell-tale trademark during his criminal operations: he serves himself a full meal inside every house that he breaks into, purposely leaving unwashed plates and utensils on the table to mock the authorities and signify that the legendary "Robin Hood of Angeles City" has struck again.
